These terms cover non-marketing, automated property operations SMS support sent by Zhang Rental Management to existing residential tenants and service vendors who opt in through the published SMS consent flow.
Program Description
Property operations SMS support is used for transactional messages about maintenance acknowledgements, repair follow-up, appointment coordination, service requests, lease or parking support, and vendor scheduling. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Consent
An existing tenant or service vendor opts in by reviewing the public SMS consent notice and personally texting START to +1 (630) 407-1314. START is the only opt-in method for this program. By texting START, the person agrees to receive recurring transactional property operations messages. Consent is not a condition of renting or receiving property management services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the user's service request, maintenance issue, appointment coordination need, lease or parking question, or vendor scheduling interaction.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the user's mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help and Opt Out
Reply HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to stop receiving SMS messages. After opting out, users may reply START to resubscribe.
