Zhang Rental Management uses automated text messages for non-marketing property operations support for existing residential tenants and service vendors. This includes maintenance and repairs, appointment coordination, lease or parking questions, and vendor scheduling.
How to Opt In
An existing tenant or service vendor opts in by reviewing this public notice, then personally texting START to +1 (630) 407-1314. By sending START, the person agrees to receive recurring transactional text messages from Zhang Rental Management about their property support or service coordination. START is the only opt-in method for this program. Consent is not a condition of renting or receiving property management services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Help and Opt Out
Reply HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. Reply START to subscribe again after opting out.
Sending START records the subscription request. Ordinary property operations messages are limited to contacts with an existing tenant or service relationship; sending START does not create such a relationship.
